WOD Tape Bi-Directional Filament Strapping Tape 1.5 in. x 60 yd. Burning Man Tent Hexayurt

This is an industrial-sized (60 yards x 8 inches wide) roll of fiberglass reinforced packing/strapping tape. The fiberglass reinforcement ensures that the tape is strong and difficult to tear under ordinary conditions and thus the manufacturer suggests that the tape be cut off the roll with a knife or boxcutter. Because of its strength and high adhesion level, it can be used for a number of household, camping and industrial applications, such as securing overpacked cartons or boxes, or packages to be shipped; it can be used in pallets of items to keep them together; it can be used for fabric and other household repairs; and it can even be used as a flexible waterproof attachment to construct temporary shelters by holding sheets of plastic or other material together. Although it contains fiberglass reinforcement, it is still of sufficient transparency so that logos, addresses, bar codes, manufacturer's information, etc., may be read when the tape is in place. This is a highly versatile, strong adhesive tape with a myriad of uses and I therefore highly recommend it.
