Unfortunately the item is too tight around the arms and back. Couldn't zip it. I got it to wear for our 50th day of school Wednesday and now I'm sitting with fingers crossed hoping that plan B works out. Poodle skirt/dress arrives tomorrow. Both costumes says up to size 14. Maybe a more narrow size 12 frame would have better luck.
