Great 50's Costume Skirt

It is true to size-got L/XL-it has elastic waist-it is made of felt but very adorable for a costume-and it's longer which my mom liked-thanks!

Poodle skirt

It's fine for the costume event I needed it for. The waist is really stretchy, so the size L I bought would probably fit just about anybody. The waist is not black and there is no belt, so keep that in mind.
