Less bloating and better digestion of proteins

I was suffering from chronic constipation, bloating and looked into the cause of it. As we age, we make less protein digestive enzymes which could cause constipation and bloating. Also, I was taking too much protein when the daily requirement is only 50 g a day. I feel better as I started taking the enzymes.
