Sized up to larger bottle!

Got the smaller size to try and had no negative side effects so I sized up and got the larger bottle for myself and husband. Not a miracle pill but in conjunction with an anti-inflammatory diet and better lifestyle, this definitely helps ease the overall aches and pains. Recommended to me by my health coach. I take 2 a day.

Quality ingredients for inflammation

Started taking daily as recommended by my health coach for overall inflammation in addition to my anti-inflammatory diet. I can't say that this made a noticeable difference immediately, but I know that combined with the nutrition plan, my aches and pains are significantly less!
