i use ut with my lunch for insulin resistance..it is a must..and help for sugar craving..especially if u take it with berberine..u will not care if a bar of choclate near u..u will not feel want to eat it and if there is more..u can control urself well and do not feel that u r foced for that.

I dont know if I notice noticeable difference but a deficiency in chromium is common, and GTF form along with picolinate are most effective and bioactive.

My favorite chromium supplement
GTF stands for glucose tolerance factor. Chromium is a mineral needed to help your body handle blood sugar. I like this supplement because it doesn't have any unneeded ingredients like rice flour.
