So tasty and easy to use

This organic lemon zests are great to use for any recipe needing it: pastries and cakes, fermented food, fermented drinks and cocktails as well as main dishes to give a zesty, tangy flavor. Make sure to transfer the contents of the package to an airtight container to ensure the zests stay fresh.

Lovely

A great option for tea when fresh lemon isn't available (or to combine with fresh lemon and get the benefit of both). I drink it with hot water on an empty stomach.

Good product!

This lemon peel works very well for my homemade Greek or lemon pepper seasonings. It really has a good flavor. It's a great size bag because I don't have to go to the store to buy more all the time.
