Koegel's Bologna, 16 oz

I make lunch for my husband every day. He leaves for work around 4:15 AM has a skilled trades job works hard. I make him two sandwiches for his day, as you see in the photo instead of just a bologna sandwich with mayo or mustard, cheese, and lettuce, which I make, I decided to grind up the bologna and make him bologna spread. Mix in a little bit of mayo, a little bit of sweet relish ,It's so good, especially when you use a quality bologna like KOEGEL. This bologna spread is also good on crackers or small rye bread.. once in a while I'll fry chopped up bologna like my mom used to for my dad with onions and add a little bit of pork and beans. Old-fashioned breakfast packed with protein..Very good product.
