Henkel Polyseamseal All Purpose Adhesive Caulk - Multi-Purpose - 5.5 Oz, Clear

#1 The outside mirrors of my 96 Honda came loose. Used this in all the seams. Dried clear (almost invisible) & flexible. Problem fixed! Takes a long time to dry, but worth the wait. #2 I have an Unkle Mike's IWB Holster that is well made except for the smooth plastic belt clip which lacks enough spring tension to clamp onto belt securely. Long story short, while I was in a store, I bent over to look at something and the holster & gun fell right out onto the floor & NOBODY (but me) NOTICED!!! This Loctite 2 in 1 adhesive is how I solved this design weakness: When this stuff dries, it is flexible and feels somewhat tacky (or grippy) to the touch. The flexible and tackiness of adhesive is what I needed to fix the holster. I applied a 2" vertical bead in front and behind the belt clip, but not on the clip itself. The tackiness of this material helps the belt clip "grip" the belt. I also applied it on the surface area of the holster to the rear of the belt clip. This is the 2nd area where the holster touches the belt. When applying the adhesive, I made sure to dab it on to create a dimpled or roughened surface. Now, when the holster is in position on my belt, the tackiness & roughness of the dried adhesive on the belt "grips" the belt so the holster doesn't move.
