It heats water only when it's needed and features a 0.94 energy factor. It utilizes a digital thermostat that can be easily set by any member of the house. This heater's low temp vent design utilizes an included stainless steel horizontal vent (included in purchase price) or 2 in. PVC/CPVC and allows for the maximum in venting possibilities among all EZ Tankless Water Heaters. This model can be used at elevations up to 9, 840 ft. above sea level.
