Byou is a dance workout dvd Byou has 2 sections 1.Workouts 2.Bonus Material Workouts has 3 sections Each section is a dance workout 1.Pure Fun (Easy) (Song:Good Times by Frankie Jordan) 2.Dance Party (Medium) (Song:Second 2 None by Morgan Smith featuring Char) 3.Full Blast (Hard) (Song:Just Getting Started by Sabrina Bryan) Bonus Material has 5 sections 1.Byou Music Video (Sabrina Bryan) 2.Breaking Down The Moves 3.Behind The Scenes 4.Shoe Savvy 5.Credits I recommend this dvd to any girl 13 and older (I'm 16) Its fine for any age girl really but all the sections in workouts move pretty fast and also the section in bonus materials breaking down the moves even though it breaks down each move it still moves pretty fast so a girl younger than 13 may get frustrated easily at not being able to get the moves after a couple dozen tries and a girl 13 or older may have a little more patience than a girl younger than 13 would I'm not saying this dvd is impossible to learn it's just it takes many many times of watching it and excercising with it to be able to do all the moves along with sabrina bryan and her dance crew but once you're able to learn all the moves it is very rewarding to know that you've accomplished it plus thats what makes it so fun most excercise dvds are easy to learn after a few tries and once youve learned it you stop watching it pretty much altogether but with this what maskes it so great is the fact that it will keep you interested cause you will have to watch it more than just a few times to get it which means more excercise In my personal opinion i think it's a wonderful dvd it's fun,great excercise, and good music

Let me start off by saying that I'm fourteen, overweight and have no dance experience. That being said, I love this dance workout. I've read reviews on other sites and there are people saying that they are professional dancers and that they have trouble with the video. Well, they must not be very good at what they do then, if I can master the routines. (I don't know, maybe dance comes easy to a plus-sized just barely teen girl with no dance lessons taken) Granted, you will need to rewind, and rewind....But practicing and then finally mastering the moves is so rewarding. (Especially once you can do the whole routine!) The music is great, and I now love working out. (I've actually lost 20 pounds!) And, I fully plan on buying Byou 2 when it comes out next week.
