I'm not a breakfast person, so I often use this as a meal replacement in the morning. Or during the day when I'm on the run and don't have time to eat a proper meal. Excellent taste and filling. When I'm home, I sometimes put it in the blender with ice and/or fruit for to make a smoothie. Great product for anyone who needs a tasty meal replacement whether trying to lose weight or not. Pricey and not always easy to find so when I do find it, I stock up. Especially, if it's on sale.

This product has 1 Net Carb, which means that it has 6 carbs and 5 of them are dietary fiber, which your body can't digest so has no effect on your blood sugar. It has 700 mg of potassium, which is needed by your muscles. I normally take a potassium supplement to keep from having muscles cramps. Won't have to while drinking this. It is lactose free (99.8%) and gluten free so it should be safe for those who have a intolerance to them.
