When you don't have time for nettle tea...
These capsules made by Gaia are great! Nettle is fantastic for so many things, including allergies and hair health (shine, strength). I drink a lot of nettle tea, but don't make it as much during the hot summer months, so I love having these capsules on hand. They're also great for travel. Gaia makes high-quality supplements!

Go to for allergies
Gaia offers this nettle extract inside of a regular capsule. I find nettle very helpful for allergy symptoms.

Using Nettles and Bio-Quercetin combo for cough abatement.
I have been using Breathe manufactured by a competitor (a very good product! but a little too expensive), so I buy the Nettle and add Bio-quercetin and "make my own" for less. The effectiveness is very good and possibly even a little better for occasional cough abatement. Now in combo with Life-Ext Melatonin. I sleep a lot better. The quality of Life-Ext products seems very good and I like the prices and fast delivery. Good job!
