Not over the top
it's hard to find a b vitamin supplement that's not excessively overloaded with 12,000% of everything. I like this because its a more reasonable amount and you can simply take just one capsule. Pill size is easy to swallow, nice balance of ingredients. Packaged well as always. Smells and taste like a b vitamin lol.
