Helps lower LDL cholesterol
My sister took it for 3 months and it really helped lower her bad cholesterol (LDL). Plus cholesterol plaques didn't form in her arteries (we checked it with ultrasound). Of course she made some other lifestyle changes like diet, physical activity etc. Solaray is a great brand, I trust it, have been taking their products for a while. It's always high quality. Packaging is great too.

I'm trying to reduce my cholesterol naturally & I liked that the Solaray brand is good quality & good reviews. Unfortunately I won't know if they are working until my next blood test is done...watch this space :)
