McKesson Povidone-Iodine Skin Prep Solution, First Aid Antiseptic, 1 gal, 1 Ct

Povidine Iodine kills positive and negative gram bacteria, viruses, and fungus. As well I have crusted scabies that neither permethrin nor ivermectin nor tea tree oil or clove oil killed. However, I have found that povidine iodine does kill them and is greatly reducing their numbers, as long as I am scrupulous in scrubbing down my skin, then I apply undiluted White Vinegar (regular strength) to my skin first and then I put a generous amount of the iodine on paper towel and apply it to the areas they have congregated at the most (and sometimes my entire body. ) I found applying the vinegar before the iodine really seems to make a huge difference in killing them. If I just use the vinegar by itself or the iodine by itself they help but not as well. But the iodine is the most important. I must also keep my apartment wiped down and all trash tightly tied up and sheets/clothing changed daily and keep the dirty laundry and clean in tightly tied trash bags. I use Evercare pet lint rollers on sheets , clothing and my skin even (before applications) and have caught many scabies with the lint rollers as well. I only know the little specks are actually scabies because I have a microscope to see them. I put all this info here in case it might help someone but vinegar can harm the skin when applied frequently. However having crusted scabies means I have been infested with thousands to millions of them but their numbers have gone down greatly since using the iodine vinegar protocol. If not for those two items I may not have been able to deal with this much longer (going on 6 1/2 years of severe infestation) so thank goodness for this product!
