This is the only pancake mix I buy . For years we made them from scratch as we believed that was the only way to get good pancakes. When life got stressful due to health problems in the family I decided to try this Kodiak mix that my sister recommended. Am I glad I did! We loved the pancakes! And when I discovered the blueberry, well let's just say we don't make scratch pancakes anymore! These are SO quick to make and good tasting that, even though it costs more than scratch pancakes, I now make Kodiak exclusively. I'm willing to pay a little more for this quality product.
