I have been diabetic for a little while now and just now have tried Carbquik. kicking myself because I have tried baking with almond flour etc for years with no success when I should have been using this product. my biscuits are so light and fluffy, 2 c Carbquik, 1/4 c melted butter, 1/2 c plain yogurt, 1/2 c diet Sprite. formed into little pillows and baked in a muffin pan. served with butter and sugar-free blackberry jam. so good I could just die now and be happy. I put good value for the money because of all the money I wasted on things I've had to throw out. this is well worth it.

Oh yeah…

Been following low carb diet for a couple years. I haven't had a biscuit in forever. Made cheddar garlic biscuits with the mix according to the box instructions and they were delicious. They were fluffy and light and pretty much tasted like a biscuit should. Can't wait to try other recipes with it.

Low carb mix

This is a low carb take on bisquik. First off, the flavor is nothing like bisquik, but it will do. The price is SO high. Wish it was cheaper. It is easy to work with. I make pancakes, muffins, gravy, and cake with it. It has a distinct flavor to the point where my kids can taste something I make with it and they know it's in there. It definitely gives you the bread craving with out the carbs
