Big fan of this product and brand!
I recently started using Barleans for a few different things like menopause support and the like. This is a great product. My only complaint is the packaging. It is super plastic and for a brand who cares about health and the planet they can definitely do better than this bulky plastic container.

Cheaper than Solgar if you take one a day!!
So I compared this brand with Solgar and it's obvious that Barleans offers two times bigger dose for one serving. So I decided not to waste money and buy this one and take one capsule daily lol. The dosage would be the same. So highly recommend taking this one and using it in a smarter way!

I like this product; I use it for hormone balancing purposes, but those predisposed for inflamation - make sure you balance it with Omega3!
