Mr.Coffee Alderton Kettle SS (92111.01) (085081152923) (Gibson)

This is the best tea kettle I have had in years. It is beautiful, functional, and works great, The whistle is a little quiet, but I can handle that seeing that I am usually in the kitchen doing other things when I am warming up my water. I loved it so much that I ordered more just to have them when it starts to get old and icky. I have really hard water where we live so the life span of any tea kettle is usually less than a couple of years. It has taken me months to find this one so when it starts to get icky, I want to have the same ones sitting in the packaging waiting to be opened. I am very happy with this purchase and think you will be too. Some people complained that it felt cheap, but it really is not. It is stainless steel but is not a heavy stainless steel so it does feel a little cheap but I think it is sturdy for what it is for. I mean its not like you are heating water and a grizzly bear might get a hold of it and damage it because it's not too sturdy.
