I don't understand the negative reviews. This works just as expected. It's a silicone ice tray- so it's hard to imagine that it doesn't seal unless someone is trying to fill the bottom and then add the top. The key is to make sure you seal it completely before filling through the opening on the top portion. If you pour too much over on the top, you can dry the top (outside) with a paper towel - it's not a big deal. My daughter went goo-goo-gah-gah over it :) Pop the ice out from the top and then from the bottom and voila- you have perfect skull ice cubes. It's pretty cool!
