Lifetime 10' Red Sit-On Tamarack Angler Kayak with Rear T-handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the angler kayak for my husband. It has performed very well. He is right at the max weight capacity and I was worried about how it would handle. It seems to turn over more easily but doesn't bend or bow. Our first trip out he turned over 4 times on an 8 mile stretch of river. However, only once on our second trip so I'm sure part of that was a learning curve of going from canoe to kayak. The seat to the kayak pops in and out for storage during transport. Unfortunately, it also pops out easily if the boat turns over and ended up at the bottom of Blue River in Wyandotte Indiana after his second spill. However, despite a long wait on hold with customer service, Lifetime replaced the seat free of charge and we were back on the river two weeks later.

I needed a replacement part, thought I would never get a response on email (not because of Lifetime, but because other companies never respond). I got a very quick response, the help I needed and the replacement part in two days. The only thing that makes me happier than my Lifetime products is there amazing customer service.
