It's cool but

I thought this would be the coolest item to add to my collection of resident evil merch, and while it does look like the pictures and includes everything it should, I sent my credentials to the email provided so they would make me a decal to go on the blank card included in this to make a BSAA ID however, I never heard back nor received anything which is really disappointing
