Tastes good and healthy to boot!
I'd never heard of Honeybush before but apparently it's got antioxidants, (stop your cells self destructing) and anti-diabetic Polyphenols. My A1C is okay at 5.2 but my I am somewhat of a large meat eating fella so why not be proactive and enjoy doing it? I drink different teas nightly during TV time and have a warming plate at bedside for those 3AM sips. Usually Chamomile, Hibiscus or fruit flavored caffeine free teas. Choice Organics Grapefruit Honeybush is a welcomed addition to my rotation! The flavor is light and pleasing, floral like Hibiscus, with a sweet honey follow up that is nicely countered by the Grapefruit. I'm a fan and have already got my daughters enjoying it, they are all into Yoga and what not so if they approve I am most likely on the right track! Thanks Choice Organics and Walmart for teaching this old dog a new tasty trick.

Great tea
I selected the Choice Organics Grapefruit Honeybush herbal tea because I researched its history. It is caffeine-free and it has centuries of medicinal use by other civilizations and is indigenous to South Africa. It is similar to rooibos tea because they come from the same plant family. It has a unique honey-like scent but it is not sweet. I found that I like to mix my teas and I paired this with my Sweet Dreams tea bags. I steep them together and I enjoy the new taste of both teas combined. I would recommend this tea to try since it offers antioxidants as a health benefit.

Tea Time
I have tried all kinds of different favors of tea this one is a lot different then any tea that Ive ever tried,and for me I always add a little sugar to my tea and this tea has a very different then any that I have ever tasted and I found it to be very refreshing has a great taste I shared some with some of my friends and they also said that it has a refreshing taste so it looks like I have a new tea choice to add to my shopping list
