One year anniversary review

I've had my phone 1 year. I put a bumper case on it, and have dropped it several times and no problems with the glass. Never had issues with the touchscreen either. The phone is amazing, especially for the price! Photos are great as well and it still received regular updates. Highly recommend.

SAMSUNG GALAXY S20+

Best Samsung phone I've owned so far! Outstanding quality, durability, response time, and battery life. 4 rating in design is because I would prefer a flat screen over curved; 4 rating in price is because who wouldn't want to pay less money for a cell phone? Previous versions: S5, S8, S9.

Good upgrade, but.......

For the most part I love this phone. I upgraded from the S9+, and I have the Orange color, which is stunning! However I have two pretty big complaints. First, there is no headphone jack. I am a Buisness Owner, and I use a Square Reader to accept credit card payments, and the device plugs into the headphone jack on my phone. So without that jack, I now have to manually enter the cc info or use my tablet to process all my payments. And second, it's quite "awkward" to take a screen shot. You have to simultaneously hold down two buttons, which are located next to each other, but just far enough apart that you have to use two fingers, making it somewhat difficult to hold the phone and take the photo. I just got this phone today, and I noticed these two things immediately. Also worth mentioning is that the facial recognition almost always fails, and I hardly ever had an issue with it on my S9+. Other than that, this seems like a great phone. I will possibly update this review as I learn more about this phone.
