These are a life saver. Weak knees, aching from constant sitting and standing, tendon weakened from overuse, have been given a new life, a chance to heal and greater strength/vitality since I've started using them 2 months ago. These also help the circulation in my legs, which help me with my long days of standing! At times my ankles swell from using these, but the swelling always goes down when I lay down at night. These have been excellent. Highly recommend for anyone else experiencing the same symptoms and needing relief! They DO NOT stretch out over time.
