I bought this going by the rocky size chart. I had purchased another coat last yar that was a perfect fit , but this one is way off. The sleeves were correct and the lenght and waist, but across the shoulders was small . I mean to quote a movie , it was a fat guy in a lil coat small. I returned it , they need to make the products in the usa not china or domincan republic.
