Type 29 ZIRCONIA abrasive flap discs come in a set of 10 with high density grit sizes availablity ranging from 40 to 120 grit to choose from, diameter sizes 4.5-inches with 7/8 inches arbor. High quality Zirconia Alumina grain offers better efficiency and durability. Depending on grit size, they can be used for stock removal, beveling, weld blending, de-burring, blending, rust removal, and smooth finishing.Type 29 Conical flap discs are the best choice for aggressive stock removal. Conical flap discs have angled flaps and may be used on both contoured and edge work. Their angle provides greater surface contact for stock removal on flat surfaces. The lightweight yet strong fiberglass backing plates on the discs reduce vibrations during usage for a smoother and more efficient work experience as well as an increase in durability and prevention from smearing. Never use a damaged flap disc or exceed the specified maximum RPM.
