Unhappy Experience

I did not receive the correct order. I received 1 of the 12 pack. I was charged $9.59 shipping charge for this small item. I did not understand and could not find out what this charge was for until I clicked to order. For the other items I purchased, the shipping charges were "free" from Walmart. Poor communication with Unbeatable.com, I paid a total of $17.72 for 1 pack of tiny lead. I cancelled this order within 30 minutes of placing it and they have not corrected it as of today.
