Great substitute for expensive pulley machines.

These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym.You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color.Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.
