Miracle Gro Garden Soil Trees and Shrubs, 1.5 cu. ft., Feeds Up to 3 Months

Two years ago this month, we moved into a house that had one tree in the backyard. A wall of white Oleander in the front, separating neighbors. And a Tam juniper and a dying Mimosa tree. This soil is truly amazing. I have planted over a 125 plants including trees. The prize award goes to the Thornless Chilean Mesquite tree. The growth is amazing in just two years. Every time I plant whether it is in a pot or in the ground, the plants get Miracle Grow. I swear by it, and you too, can have a Miracle garden.

I planted a Japanese Dogwood early in the year using a competitor's tree and shrub soil. The tree didn't respond well, then nearly died after a late frost. I removed as much of the soil as I could without damaging the roots and replaced it with the Miracle Gro brand, working it in with a garden fork. The results were almost instantaneous. Even with the same weather, the tree budded and by more temperate weather had new shoots and has continued growing well even through a drought (with regular watering). I now use nothing else, and every tree and bush I've planted since has thrived.
