The frogg toggs waterproof hat is replacing my originally issued boonie hat, which I've had for decades. Upon opening the package, I was pleasantly surprised. The hat is well made and fitted well. It hasn't been exposed to any rain, but I expect it will be waterproof as advertised. I do like this hat and will probably order another one to keep in my vehicle.
