Replace the salts that you sweat out every day.
I commented once that sometimes these electrolyte drinks would have a weird aftertaste and I was right. Because some of the electrolytes that are in it are also preservatives. In ancient times the only preservative they had was salt and sometimes sugar. The strawberry flavor is one of the best. Instead of a drink of water try a drink of this to help in re hydrating yourself. Now for adults as well as kids.
