Good value

Bought this a year ago on sale at Walmart, new, for $260. One thing to note, Windows 10 is a memory and resource hog. For those who are "computer savvy," know that with some research and patience, there are native drivers available that will allow you to install Windows 7 (I use Professional 64-bit) and install the correct drivers to make this laptop MUCH faster without all of the bloated software and OS overhead that comes with the factory install of Windows 10. Anyone who wants a cheaper, fast laptop and wants to install Windows 7 on it should pick one of these up. I have a Dell Inspiron desktop with a quad-core AMD, 2 TB HDD, etc, and this laptop with Windows 7 benches faster in almost every category (except graphics).

Smart purchase

I bought this notebook for my husband to replace one that was only 18 months old, out of warranty and giving him way too much trouble. We love this red notebook so much that I bought one just like it for myself a week later, only the color is different. It is silver. Both of them are an excellent deal for the price. We love Windows 10 and all the features the new notebooks have. I highly recommend this notebook!
