It is a very well made product with quality materials but NOT as described and VERY HARD. The label in product picture says polyester fiberfill. Is definitely NOT. This pillow is, in reality, very hard foam. The label on the pillow I received calls it memory foam but it's very hard and cannot function as a memory foam should. In addition, the center of pillow should be flat so the back of the head can nestle into it. However, the bump forces you to sleep with head off-center. The shape to fit shoulders is perfect. If the foam were less firm it would likely be comfortable. Sadly, its not for me.
