only patch i use for my back %26 Shoulder

i use these patches regularly. the large is what it says large it goes from the top of shoulder to middle of my back. they stay on pretty well i think it depends the type of job or activities u are doing. for me they last a good 5 -6 hrs thru my work day and im very active they arent bulky half the time i forget they are on they are so sleek. they do have a strong scent but i dont think it's menthol. having it on with its scent isnt nad some over power this doesnt do that to me. good luck hope this helps

Pain Relief!

I have back issues- herniated and protruding discs- previous back surgery. I found these patches last week and had never heard of them. The lidocaine patches aren't touching the pain so I thought I'd try these. I used one yesterday and was actually able to get some relief. It does a great job of numbing the area. The patches are long enough to cover the lower back! Huge plus. Cooling sensation. Comfortable. Helps me sleep. They don't smell the best, but it doesn't bother me. They stick very well and stayed in place the whole time. It feels similar to your traditional lidocaine patch, but has a more gel like substance to it. Overall, I highly recommend for pain relief.
