it's about 27 serving size 237 g in serving is only 200. He's a very good portion. This is very chocolatey. You can taste of nuts very intense after each, you steal this the nut where you can see the light chocolate and the light nut. It's very a game changer for me. Has someone who doesn't like chocolate.
