Broken speaker. Does not work.

This doesn't work! The speaker does not work. As in - no sound comes out. The speaker *does light up, it *does connect to an iPhone via Bluetooth, and you can even use the speaker controls to skip between tracks. But it does not play audio. We tried trouble shooting with variety of audio and video formats across 4 different iPhone models — using 3 other Bluetooth speakers for comparison — and we googled several different sets of directions from the manufacturer. Nothing worked. No sound. We gave up and are trying to return to get our money back. Here's hoping this seller will cooperate. Frankly, I'm done with Walmarts 3rd party sellers. They don't make it clear when you are buying from one, and that makes order issues increasingly stressful and complicated. If you purchased as a gift - make sure you test it first! I'm so glad I did!!
