Great book, terrible vendor

My only issue is with the vendor Bookpros, I was led to believe the delivery would be less than a week, after I placed the order, my delivery date was changed to 3 weeks out. When I wrote them about it, I received a canned email that didn't touch on my issue. I would've gone to a physical location had they been honest about the wait time.
