Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Cream 16 oz

Vanicream was recommended by my Dermatologist. It is thick and you have to rub quite a bit, but it does get absorbed all the way pretty quickly. I have to order it from walmart.com as the jar in the store has a pump and the pump only goes about halfway down the jar. With the pump jar, you are stuck trying to get the cream out of the jar, after taking off a lid with a pump hanging out of it and finding a place to put the lid with the pump down without getting cream dripped all over. I have very dry skin from too much sun exposure. I did take the cream to the Dermatologist and tell him how thick it was. He actually took cream out of the jar and rubbed it into my lower legs showing me how I should apply it to make it easier. I wish they carried this jar without the pump in the store so I didn't have to order it. I will use this cream forever, unless someone comes up with something better and the Dermatologist tells me to use it, as it does the best job of anything I have tried so far. I use it everywhere but my face. Takes a little longer than the thinner creams but does a much better job of keeping your skin soft.
