Bought this grapple on sale black friday, when received the global euro attaching points were misaligned, contacted Titan by phone and email. Less than 2 hours they called I sent info they asked for, by noon same day I had approval for needed alteration and credit for same. I bought this implement based largely on price but found customer service to be exceptional. I also purchased a Titan bale spear and flail mower all work as stated. Well pleased with Titan's equipment.
