Color is Actually a Blue-Black

The name of this color is, "Black and Blue." So it's supposed to be bruise-like, I'm assuming. Every review I've gone through has read that the colors come out very differently than represented; i.e. much lighter than indicated. I'm not sure if they darken upon drying as no one has written that, nor have they posted photos. Anyway, after reading the other review, I wanted to clarify the color misunderstanding.
