i cannot state whether it is good for gut flora, for menstrual pains, congestion, nor scratchy throat. We were recommended to get this since our son was exhibiting symptoms of pinworm before vacation to visit extended family; so might as well treat the whole pack! Ok, pinworm medicine is not something you want to have to use, but, let's face it, parasites do happen. I have researched and found that most everyone either has internal parasites or will at some point which is really unsettling. Being able to treat for them at home with an effective medication really sets your mind at ease.
