No leaks at first but short lasting

Fabric started tearing after about 3 washes. And liner sounds crackly and seems bunched up. The leak to the normal fabric is also stained even after washing. I don't think I can use it any longer. It held up fine the first couple wears though. First two wears I didn't see any leaks, that's why 3 stars. I guess these are short term.
