Low Impact Exercise
Vertical climbers are perfect machines for those looking for a low impact exercise routine. Vertical climbers are becoming more popular among athletes looking to maintain joint health because they have no impact on knees, feet, or hips. By using a vertical climber, you can prevent joint-related aches and pains after working out.
Burn More Calories than Running
You can burn twice the calories by using a MaxiClimber over a treadmill. Higher calorie burns rates enable you to lose weight faster and workout for shorter periods of times. When used properly, vertical climbers can help you improve your cardiovascular health and improve your VO2 Max. Using a vertical climber can also help you continue to burn calories post-workout.
Tone Your Entire Body
In addition to burning many calories, using the MaxiClimber is an effective workout for strengthening and toning your muscles. You can target your arms, chest, and core by alternating between placing your hands over the handles and under the handles. Strengthen your calves, quads, and glutes by leaning into your motion on the machine.
Ergonomically Designed
The MaxiClimber's isometric non-stick grips ensure than your workout is simple and seamless. You won't have to worry about your hands slipping as your workout heats up. Plus, the MaxiClimber's upright design allows you to adjust the machine for a wide range of body types and heights. And you won't have to worry about the machine taking up space in your living room or home gym; the MaxiClimber is foldable for easy storage.
Great for Designing Your Own HIIT Workouts
You won't have to workout for long on the MaxiClimber to feel the burn and see results. You can even create your own simple high intensity interval training exercises on the MaxiClimber by alternating between medium length strokes at a slow pace and short length strokes at a faster pace. Interval training allows you to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. Just 10 minutes can burn significant calories.

    Great workout!

Great workout. I could only do it for a minute ot two when we purchased it. I'm up to 10 - 15 minutes after week 1 and hope to be at 20 minutes or more by the end of week 2. Stick with it, it becomes more tolerable the more you do it : ) You will hurt the next day after day 1's workout for 15 minutes : )

    Love it!

Very challenging! I am used to doing 40 minutes on a stepper (air climber) but with the maxi climber I have to build up my strength because it's a tough cardio work out. You have to take it easy and get used to it because it will leave your body sore for the first couple of days.

    Great purchase.

I am 61 years old and I thought that if I bought a product it would motivate me to exercise. Well that hasn't worked until now. The suggested amount of time to start on your Maxi Climber is 5 minutes - I managed 1 minute. Wow! The next day I was feeling it - one minute and I was feeling it!!!! Wow again. I am up to 5 minutes x's 2 each day in my second week. I am enjoying my Maxi Climber.
