Expensive, Beautiful, Imperfect

This item is absolutely beautiful! Comes assembled and is quite heavy. However, the wheels are loose and my item came with missing lug nuts and a noticeable scratch on the surface. I reached out to the company and they offered me a partial credit, I'll figure out the rest. While I am satisfied overall, the amount of money I paid for this item is way to much considering I now have to make a hardware store trip for wood finish and lug nuts. The price point is way too high to have any issues of that nature.
