I couldn't fill up all the pockets!
Had plenty of room for my 18 keyboard laptop and mouse. Carried all my plug ins for phones etc. My purse fit in it along with a book a magazine papers glasses. . . It was not full. I had a little trouble getting both straps over the shoulders but I haven't had a back-pack for so many years it'll take some practice. My purpose for purchasing was to have a consistent way to carry my lap top AND my purse. Functionality = 10!

As a college student I carry a lot of things a laptop books binders and even clothes. Although the bag looks small at first glance it has plenty of space on the inside. When I properly adjust the bag on my back it almost feels weightless as there's support back there as well.
