Our two-and-a-half-year-old had been struggling with falling asleep for a couple of months now. She has also been waking up multiple times in the night recently (She used to sleep straight through the night so this has been tough!) I had always thought about a weighted blanket but never looked into it until her daycare teacher suggested it. I had no idea they made them for toddlers! She has been using it for almost a week and we noticed a HUGE difference the very first night. We let her "play" with the blanket before we used it the first night and she stayed under it for a solid 15 minutes in the living room and couldn't wait to use it to sleep! That night she fell asleep quicker than she has in months, and woke up only once at 3 am, but went back to sleep within minutes! We are excited to see the progression once we flip the "rectangle" side up to her chest next week.
