Envelope was missing

I'm so annoyed, I ordered this card with the intention of mailing it to the recipient, and when it was delivered, it came without an envelope! It was ordered online and it appeared to have been delivered from a store, so whoever packed it didn't grab an envelope. It's kind of an oddly sized card (a little larger than average) so I didn't have any envelopes at home that I could use. Now I have to do a return, but the return options are very limited unless I do an exchange, which I don't have high hopes that whoever brings the new one will actually give me an envelope this time.
