Superior pasta is achievable!

This is an absolute game changer in our house after the prices of literally everything started going through the roof. A box of pasta that used to be $.75 has now gone up to $1.00 or more, making it a much more frugal (and delicious) endeavor to make one's own pasta, given some flour, salt and eggs. I ordered this pasta maker to get more consistent widths, and have found it to be a real blessing. Lasagna, ravioli, tortellini and fettucine are now much easier to get right. The price was great, the functionality is exactly as expected, and the outcome is a much better-tasting end product. I couldn't be happier!
